We are designing/manufacturing various small canisters used for liquid precursors and solid precursors.
You can select the optimum canister most suitable for your process.

• Material: SUS 316L
• Lead-time: around 4 weeks (all canisters are custom-made)
  (Please note, the lead-time is subject to change due to the specification, availability of raw material etc.)
